Replacement Policy

If your product is damaged or defective, we will replace it under the following terms:

1. Eligibility

• The replacement request must be made within 2-3 business days of delivery.
• The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories included.

2. Processing

Replacements will be processed and delivered within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product.
